8 years ago I was shown
some photos of a
stallion at Appleby Fair
in England. He
was the talk of the fair
and considered, by most,
to be the best stallion
in the country.
Everywhere he went, the
gypsy men surrounded him
three and four deep,
trying to get a closer
look. They were
mesmerized. |
Then, a few months later
another friend sent me a
video he had taken of this same
stallion and, as lovely
as he was in his photos,
it was nothing to his
appeal in movement.
Never did I imagine,
living here in America,
that I would one day
have the chance to breed
to him. When I heard
that a friend had
brought him over, I was
thrilled at the
possibilities! |
